The probationary period is 2 months for specialist/manager positions and 1 month for manual labor. You will receive 85% - 100% of the official salary depending on your capacity assessed during the interview.

For employees and workers at the Factory complex, the company provides a fully equipped free dormitory system along with high-quality shift meals.
